Founder and Owner
Barbara is unfailingly dedicated to making your relationship with MVP Meetings a huge success. She brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including hotel sales and meeting planning. She has successfully represented both hotels and meeting planners in over $1 million of rooms revenue. Barbara's tremendous energy and positive spirit combined with her professionalism provide for a consistently superior experience for each client. Along with her highly skilled team, Barbara promises to ensure optimal value in the planning of every meeting and conference.
Karen Gentzler
Finance Manager/Database Administrator
Karen's career in the hospitality industry began in 1985 as a hotel accountant. She brings years of database management and customer service to her position at MVP Meetings. Karen is responsible for forecasting and tracking all finances of our company. She also maintains our customer database in order to keep customers apprised of new developments at MVP Meetings as well as hotel value dates, updates, and renovations.
Julie Navarro
Project Manager
Julie's broad array of experiences makes her invaluable to MVP Meetings. As our project manager, Julie manages many of the behind-the-scenes aspects of our client relations. Her duties include assistance with hotel research and communications, contract negotiation, and contract review.
Micheline Brault
Logistics Manager
Micheline brings 15 years experience of training and conference planning experience to the team. Her attention to detail insures that the meeting space will accommodate all of your meeting requirements.
